J. Tracy O'Rourke, Chairman of VSEA to RESIGN!!! After nearly two years of Varian's fascist SLAPP lawsuit against message board posters and with VSEA at nearly an all time low, O'Rourke will resign from the VSEA Board effective February 7, 2001. O'Rourke was CEO of Varian Associates when the SLAPP against free speech was filed and is now desperately fighting his deposition in this lawsuit.
