By creating volume for them regardless of the accuracy of his calls. To point out that current Fed policy of rate reduction will not spur the market, he used the single instance that the market did not rise out of the 14 times the Fed reversed rate policy. That seems more like selective presentation of facts toward promoting an agenda than an objective and accurate reading of a situation. Trust the bastard if you want to. Mark
