The plans are in progress to raise money to fund a school as is clearly stated in the thread header. If you either do not want to participate, or feel there are better uses for your money, that is most clearly your prerogative and you can opt out, as it were. However, this thread was not started for the intent of nitpicking which charity may or may not be the most efficient according to any one person. The goals were clearly stated at the outset of the thread to build a school in Cambodia through Cambodiaschools.com and Bernie Krisher as the lead of the program. Should people wish to come here and discuss the merits of the program; that is fine. However, please do not attempt to delegitimize or cheapen the work we are attempting to do here.

And by the way, I am not interested in being on the Hot Subjects list for its own sake. That was not, and still is not now, my intention.
