Please cite me to any part of the 4 dissenting opinions in which (i) any of them concurs in whole or in part with the majority, (ii) in which any of them indicates that the actions of the Florida Supreme Court were, as you put it, "unconstitutional", or (iii) in which any of them indicates that they would have reversed the FSC on equal protection grounds (as opposed to adding an EP instruction on remand since the 2 swing justices wanted to reverse but without ruling manual recounts to be unconstitutional per se). There is none. The 4 dissents dissent in their entirety.

5-4 on all issues. Period.

I take it the rest of your political analysis is equally flawed?
