You have every right not to sign. Needless to say, my opinion is the polar opposite of yours. It will put our fighting men and women at risk in future conflicts Tens of thousands of innocent people are maimed or killed every year. Do you really believe that tens or hundreds of thousands of our soldiers will be saved in the course of many years by landmines? Looking at how many soldiers have historically been killed by landmines, it would take centuries to reach the numbers of innocent children and cililians being killed or maimed at present. Numbers do not lie. Regards, Brian
