Here is some information I have come across. The deal with RTZ includes 4 options: Cukurdere, Kabatas, Kabatas Regional and Uckapili, each for 70%. Each deal is $10.5 million and $1.5 million in payments for a total of 48 million. The Cominco option adds another potential million to the treasury and 6 million in exploration. A total of 55 million in exploration expenditures and payments.

Sampling on Cukudere’s main zone with dimensions of 800m X 500m averaged 1.4 grams Au. Four holes were drilled in December and results are expected this month. This zone is within a larger area 1000 X 1600 meters which contains highly anomalous gold.

Now for the fun part. If the 800 X 500 zone extends to depth of 200 meters at 1.4 grams Au I calculate a potential of 10 million ounces.

The Kabatas property is located in the same area as Cukudere and is also a large Au-Cu porphyry. The main zone covers 1000 X 3500 meters. This zone is reported to contain high copper and gold values. This will be drilled in the coming months.

The Kabatas Regional consists of several intrusives, skarns and silicified zones over a 100 square kilometers. Potential for several porphyries exist.

The Uckapili property appears to be a gold play. Quartz veins are measured to be over several kilometers where some veins are up to 20m thick. Visible gold can be seen. This project reminds me of Cerro Vanguardia in Argentina where Anglo American is mining vein swarms containing over 5 million ounces.
