Here is a small problem that irritates me on my new machine, with Windows 98.
When I boot up the following message appears on the screen:

Windows Networking
Unable to load the dynamic link library msnp32.dll
The system cannot find the file specified.
Some or all of the following feature is not available Microsoft Network

When I hit OK the boot up continues properly.
It is a small inconvenience that I would like to get rid of.
Any ideas? Keep it simple
