I receive "wireless" satellite internet feed that is 200-400 Kbps via DISH right now. They will soon have a two-way system available so no phone line will be necessary.

Since October, MSN has offered a two-way dish broadband internet access. Only problem is they want you to buy their small computer for it. Total initial cost is about $1,000 and then $59 per month. Dealer expects them to drop the requirement of buying thier computer soon.

Echostar is supposed to be supplying two-way broadband internet access now since Jan 1. They claim to have a problem producing enough systems. Total initial cost is $600. $59 per month, but cut to $49 if you carry their 150 channel TV also. I am on a list for one of these as soon as dealer gets one...
