Fort Lauderdale, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 8, 2001-- Magicinc.com (OTCBB:MAGC) chairman, Gordon Scott Venters announced today that the Company intends to embark on a major Fort Lauderdale media campaign to promote membership subscriptions for its Cybars.com interactive Internet nightclub network website. The current subscription plan calls for a base monthly membership rate of $9.95 for unlimited access to the network.
Magicinc.com has hired a major South Florida based advertising agency, ADS Media Services, Inc. to head the campaign. ADS Media's client list include Hershey Foods Corporation, Hilton Hotels Corporation, Crescent Heights Realty Group, Inc., Netspace, Inc., Potamkin Auto Dealers, Pierre Cardin, General Motors and The Miami Dolphins. The media campaign will include local billboards, print media, bus banners and benches, local entertainment papers, bumper stickers and other high visibility advertising placements. A local press conference, to initiate the media campaign, will be held at the first linked nightclub. The Company is also considering the use of local and national television news stations. "Cypod", the Cybar Nightclub Pod group, will target-market Magicinc.com's subscription membership in a hyper-drive media blitz, preceding the network's February launch.
