I am still puzzled over BTRN's acquisition of Eligix.
BTRN gives away about 1/3 of the company. Why is an outright acquisition necessary? Could have a cooperation/joint venture done the job? What is the impact on the burn rate? Where are the synergies? Were these questions answered in the CC?
