Hi Carolyn,

We will be taking down SI at around 1230AM PST this morning. This is an effort to fix the current problems that are occurring on SI. We have this isolated to affecting users only when they are logged in to SI. However, we are still unable to determine the root cause of the session timing out. Hopefully, the fix this evening will solve that. I will post another update as soon as I have one. Again, please feel free to contact me if you have any additional questions.
