HO HO HO! Imagine Diablo Canyon or San Onofre (nuke plants) having some sort of reactor problem during a peak demand period. Armed state guards threaten to shoot any employee who dares to take the power down and avoid meltdown. Kinda like the "China Syndrome" with a warped beaureaucratic twist!
