A few months or weeks ago, I remember reading about a resort company that was going to change its name, use investor money to buy some technology, and become a biotech. No kidding, that was the business plan by some shameless promoter or other. Ought to be a superb short candidate. Trouble is, I can't remember any names or find references. Can anybody help?
