Thanks for the excellent link. It always pays to refresh one's knowledge, as there's so much to remember. I have bookmarked the site & will pass it along also.

BTW, short of a macro or template, do you know of a way to universally change Page Setup parameters (ie margins, footers, etc) so when I open Word it defaults to those settings?
