1) PACC - Strong Buy - Heavy insider buying, improving eps, sells at a discount to the industry, good technicals.
2) MTEL - Buy - Good accumulation, heavy insider buying, nice pattern, analyst conference on Wed.
3) GCO - Buy - Good long term growth in eps, revenue picking up, improving fundamentals, good chart pattern, and same store sales picking up.
4) GEOI - Strong Buy - Next oil well results to be announced in the next 3 weeks, strong fundamentals, increasing daily production and good cash flow.
