WBoy, last night was a simple short-cover spurt by fearful short-sellers who know that the end of their reign is near. Nothing more. The fearful short-sellers are the smart ones, unwilling to hold their shorts overnight.

The short-sellers who are blinded by their own greed, will be fodder. They will know we've had a burst rally when they look up and find their equity down by 20 to 30%. Be very careful of shorts in the single digits. The next burst rally will see multiple stocks double within a 24 hour period. And remember there is no difference between the greed that destroyed those buying Priceline in triple digits for the long-term. . . and those shorting stocks like it at 1 1/2 for the long-term.

But where a long bagholder might finally give up and sell out at a 50% loss. . . .a short-seller equally married to their play could lose 100%, 200%, 300% or more of their money. This is the only caution I will put out on this.

You'll know a burst rally when you see it. . . .we'll be in triple digits faster than you can log-in to your online broker. And trough to peak we'll see a swing of nearly 300 points. There will not be time enough to "jump-in" somewhere near the bottom and ride it up. It will suddenly just be UP. And we will have several more bursts in January. . . .each one wiping out the losses of the week in a matter of minutes.

The more you understand the powers behind manipulation, the better you can see the markets move. I know it is difficult to accept these radical calls. . . they always have been tough to take. . . and they are NEVER popular. . . .but that's what I see coming. Can't water it down either. That would not be of help to anyone.
