| Yes, as I said, some of the nighttime programming remained worthwhile, although sometimes the morbidity of certain of the groups distressed me, as it was also a time for videos by Marilyn Manson and other shock rockers. Still, there was some good stuff on 120 Minutes. Crossroads, on VH1, was a good program too. I miss it. I used to listen to WHFS all the time, my only irritation being the failure to adequately identify songs and artists. I have listened less since it went corporate, instead flipping around unpredictably. Since I have been using Napster and burning compilation CDs, I have been thinking about old songs more, and have been listening to some Oldie stations. Anyway, just about the only time I watch MTV anymore is if I decide to tune in on Daria, which I watch sporadically...... |
