FWIW, DITC has a tangible book value, (excluding goodwill) of nearly $5.00 ps ($4.85 per my calculation), of which approximately $3.61 is in cash.

Of course if they can never, ever, make any money that's irrelevant, and today certainly confirms what Mr. Market's been saying for months: telco spending on legacy voice systems (certainly with Qwest) has totally dried up.
