James I agree. I believe vouchers will benefit the lower/middle class more then the upper. I believe this is why the teachers union is fighting the program. Sorry about the boiling blood thing ;-) This may help you: My mother in law is a teacher and has been for many years. She is quite fed up with the bureaucracy and she has figured out how to defeat them. She simply agrees with them in public, then goes to her class and teaches them the RIGHT way. She could very well be fired and takes the risk anyway. In addition to using her own program she also expects the students to TRY HARDER. It's amazing what happens to children who are pushed. Needless to say she is a hero to me. ht Mag
