Here I agree with you. The next trick is to identify the "golden goose" without internal prejustice. I think the method is to tolerate a flock of geese in the hope and expectation that one or more are the desired fowl. Still one can't be tolerant, it takes at least two, and so the best a society can aim for is to prevent the intolerant from controlling the agenda.
