AL, it's simple - if somebody is paying royalties to Q! they automatically fit into the 'how can get them reduced' camp and automatically act in their own interests.

It doesn't need to be a paranoid conspiracy theory. Just the facts will do.

People act in what they think are their interests.

Simple as pie.

We have heard years of whining about allegedly high CDMA royalties, yet GSM royalties are 3 times as high for new entrants without patents to trade. Nobody should be surprised that there is common action to cut QUALCOMM out or down.

Whine Nokia whine; wail in your frozen Nordic night. The Korean and NTT harmonized whining meets Nokia's over the Arctic and resonates, causing the Aurora Borealis in a cosmic display of angst.
