SSTI earnings picture? I'd like to get a feeling from the thread regarding cy2001 earnings. I think most of you are probably expecting SSTI to meet or beat estimates for 4Q 2000 and I do as well. What about the $2.52 projected for this year? Q1 '01 is projected to come in at $0.50 and steady growth from there. The Street is obviously expecting SSTI to miss by a long shot in 2001, but I think that may be too pessimistic. Even with the PC slowdown, the overall flash market is still in hypergrowth. That being said, I do give credence to the well publicized "inventory rebalancing" period that some of the end markets for flash are experiencing. I do believe however that this period will be short lived (<6 months). The question now is what can we expect from SSTI in the following 4 quarters? Comments? MicroE
