Hi Tom, Dan, & Lurkers,

Hope you are all still keeping well in this darkest hour for Eiger.

We broke out of the $2-3 channel to the downside. I expected a breakdown if we went below $2. Certainly does not help that Eiger's breakdown is exacerbated by Morgan Stanley cleaning house on tech stocks.

Today's close looks real ugly -- $1.75, but as I say, to be expected. Volume is not high enough for a bottom or final retail capitulation. We still have 90k shares in short interest that will need to cover at some point.

Fact is, our market cap at the close today is $48mm. Given that Eiger owns 25% of Nixxo, this assumes that if Eiger itself is worth 0, zippo, the big goose egg, then Nixxo has a market value of $192 million. The math is ridiculous.

I said a few weeks back that I was done buying Eiger, as I had enough shares. If we go to $1.50 or lower, I will buy aggressively.

Joe
