Actually, I believe AMAT is going to debut a lithography system in July, at Semicon West. The tools will be coat and develop systems but no steppers. If we want to examine good marriages, the following are ones to consider. FSII merging into AMAT/LRCX/NVLS (you pick!!) SVGI/SVGL merging into AMAT/LRCX/NVLS (again you pick) MTSN, GSNX, GGNS, and SUBM are on the bubble and should succumb to a larger entity down the road. My most favorite supposition is a LRCX/NVLS merger with SVGI and MTSN being the follow on acquisitions. The quartet could kick serious butt and be a major contender to unseat AMAT. They all make sense to me and are workable. The only fly in the soup is the ego issue amongst the players. Andrew
