Re: Stockgeneration.com and The Diligizer Board

Sometimes it's fun to read the actual complaint filed by the SEC. I found a neat site that has such documents posted on it. For example, to view the SEC complaint against stockgeneration.com, a "virtual stock exchange" shut down by the SEC, check out: pub17.ezboard.com

To read stockgeneration.com's motion to dismiss, where they claimed: "...SG states that it was not offering, purchasing or selling securities and therefore could not have violated the Securities Acts as alleged in the SEC's First Amended Complaint...", see: pub17.ezboard.com

To check out the Diligizer Board home page, see:
pub17.ezboard.com
