Prospectors Alliance Corporation - News Release Prospectors Alliance clarifies previous news Prospectors Alliance Corporation YRP Shares issued 20,466,121 2000-12-28 close $0.09 Friday Jan 5 2001 News Release Mr. Jean-Claude Bonhomme reports Further to the company's press release dated Jan. 4, 2001 (see Stockwatch Jan. 4, 2001), regarding its Loveland township discovery, the tonnage and grade reported in that press release are at the present time conceptual and are not intended to imply a mineral resource calculation. Although based on several drill intercepts, these calculations are preliminary and are not yet subject to third party verification. The company plans to refer this matter to an independent audit for detailed calculations to comply with Canadian Venture Exchange requirements.
