If i was in your country i would be inclined on economics grounds towards the republicans, however if i joined the party i would like you attempt to moderate their pave-the-planet stance, and the death penalty too - it is absurd to pretend to speak of individual liberty and then hand the state the power to take life - ... but first and foremost my focus would be on containing their military hawks who have brought widespread disrepute on your fine country ... Reagan's latino-focussed landmines and other support for the caudillos cochinos being only one example ... George II seems to project by design an attitude of open dealing toward the nations to the south of his, we shall see how that translates into reality .... one would hope and expect that he would continue the programme of Mr Clinton who spent considerable millions helping to clear the landmines of Reagan.
