If your mom's machine has 128 MB of EDO ram inside, just sell the ram and you will have a nice down payment on a new box. They don't make EDO ram anymore, I sold some a couple months ago and got good money for it. My Mom's box has SDram. Did you get enough for the signed SI T-shirt and the EDO ram to buy a new PC???? Seriously though, the new fan, only paid $5 for it, did the trick. However It's still using up 73 of the 128 ram with just one browser open.
