You are right. SI is private and has rules and further has set up places for OTHER people who want to have even more rules. I guess you could bitch about it just to bitch, but it's just plain silly.

SI is a private club- you have to PAY to join now. It's not public by any stretch of the imagination. I used to think of it that way in the beginning- but that was naive. Maybe someday everyone will grow up and realize we are owned by a corporation. Private SI, allows people to be even more private by moderating. Boohoohoo- isn't that just AWFUL? Not.
