Hola amigo:

Don't know if you are still involved in this one...

Comments today from briefing.com:15:21 ET ******

Level 3 Communications (LVLT) 37 13/16+3 7/16: A few days ago Briefing.com issued a Stock Brief entitled "Follow the Money" in which we argued that to maximize your return potential you need to recognize, and jump on the front end, of group rotation... Given the Fed's decision to lower rates, money has been moving rapidly from sector to sector... We've highlighted one group which is seeing significant outflows (biotech)... Today, we go back to a group that is experiencing significant inflows -- telecom services... We are seeing strong gains throughout the group again today... One stock in particular that has captured our attention is Level 3 (LVLT)... The stock, which has been building a base since late November, is approaching pivotal resistance at 40... A break of this ceiling would establish a trend of lower lows and higher highs, thereby signalling a trend reversal... Recent move back above its 50-day moving average (for the first time since October) also bodes well... Given that the stock has spent the past ten months falling from a high of 132 1/2, a reversal in trend will be a pleasant change for LVLT investors... Traders should also note that if stock can penetrate the 40 barrier (on strong volume), there isn't much in the way of resistance until the 53-54 and then 60... Fundamentally, group received a boost yesterday when Global Crossing (GX 21 5/16 +1 13/16) and Metromedia (MFNX 15 1/8 +1/8) reaffirmed bullish guidance, alleviating concerns of overcapacity... As for LVLT in particular, Briefing.com likes fact that its sitting on a horde of cash - a key in this business... The company also has a good record of beating consensus estimates... In sum, solid fundamentals, improving technicals and favorable money flows suggest that LVLT is poised to outperform over the near- to intermediate-term. -- Robert Walberg, Briefing.com
