But if there weren't customers, there wouldn't be dealers. So eliminating either end would solve the problem. Actually, maybe conservatives should, at least in theory, prefer to protect the dealers. After all, they're simply business persons filling a market need -- a very conservative thing to do. One could argue that it's the users who demand an illegal product who are causing the whole problem. If they went away, the dealers would move on to selling other products -- milk, baby food, things productive of society. So the users, not the dealers, are responsible for this whole problem! Is that sufficiently right wing extremist for you? LOL!!
