How about affirmative action?

It appears to me that this is nothing more than racial prejudice turned on its head. Instead of the prejudice being directed against blacks and hispanics, it's now directed against Caucasians.

The original purpose of the civil rights movement was to destroy legal barriers based on race; now it erects them.

You can't even include Asians among the formerly oppressed minorities; now they are also commonly subject to exclusion from academic pursuits because they do too well and, if they are not blocked, the schools end up with "too many" of them.
