Earnings out Jan. 24 About a month ago I was in the market for a 64MB Smartmedia card. Best deal I could find from a reputable etailer was $99. Today I went to buy another one; same dealer, only now the price was $82. SanDisk branded, even. At SanDisk's own online store the price has dropped from $170 to $100 in a little over a month. This doesn't strike me as the price action on a product where demand is far outstripping supply. The earnings report should be quite interesting...
