Okay, let's discuss affirmative action... nice topic.....<g> I think affirmative action is well intended, but has become a failed experiment... this is not a race or gender thing... affirmative action is the systematic and systemic lessening of the American workplace by an apparatus that discourages individual effort and rewards complacency..... Exemplary individual efforts are ignored or discounted for the sake of 'make believe' equality... people ought to be recognized for their personal and individual achievements and not for their contribution to the ethnic quota.....
