Stock price will move with established estimated growth of revenues for 2001 and beyond. History of no to declining revenue growth. Believe in 1st quarter may establish to market there is revenue growth potential ie rumour has Dale Fuller said 20 % for 2001 - using peg this would translate into a multiple of 20 times estimated earnings on 240MM in reveunes - estimated profit based on existing gross margin = about .96 cents per share fully dilluted ( .48 on cents on old revenue and .48 on new rev of 40MM - this excludes interest rev on 250MM cash.

Translates into 20*.96= $ 19.80 per share = lets say in early April prior to q1 release. Market worried about q4 sucking wind - which would kick down stock big time end of January

Have to consider value of 200MM "free cash" ( net of current liabiliies) - this typicllay is worth 200MM in sales - discounted 20 % for aquisition costs and we are looking at 160MM / 66mm shares = about $ 2.60 per share

Total value = 19.20 + 2.60 = $ 21.80 as high for April -

assuming nasdaq stays around 2500 pts.

All I can say is the above jibberish works for me. I've convinced myself.

Wildcard is somone acquiring them before Q1 is out which would be a downer as company probably could be picked up for $ 15 a share of so.

Looking forward to it - my second time around with this baby.
