I guess Goldfields is an insider and they own 31%. It's hard to say what's going on here. Mr. Holland is on the board and I'm sure he's scratching his head. The latest special warrant calls for holding your nose and writing the check, brokerage style. The spend-all management is gone but going forward looks like a problem to me. This company has a deficit of US$245 million and has a current cap value of US$25 million. Now that's management, almost as bad as the dot coms.
