Well, here is what we have and how it should benefit your investment returns. Ask
yourself 3 things and I think you will see what I see. Why do you tend not to make money
with current investments? It is because we as investors tend to hold onto losing stocks
too long thinking they will return. Buying into upward moving stocks and into momentum
is a bit safer and offers liquidity and returns. I am not saying to buy into MOMO stocks,
but the trend is usually peoples friends, find a stock going up consistently and you
completed step one. Number two, find a reporting company with a new business or
business's that complement one another. A business concept that is tested and proven
to catch on, yet is in the infancy of catching on in the real world. This is where aggressive
growth begins.
And step three, feel comfortable with management and their Press Releases as well as
their share structure. Look for a stream of news, it usually indicates the company is
getting ready to really become active and as an investor you want to be in on the ground
floor. If the press releases are too vague or don't explain much, chances are
management is that way. I am not saying managers of such type are bad and will not
succeed, but open and aggressive management tend to have better track records. If you
find that management is aggressive and their PR's are exciting, the smaller amount of
freely trading shares out there will more favorable affect the movement of the stock
price.
Now onto which company fits the 3 steps above. Magic Inc. (MAGC)

A fully reporting entertainment firm with 5 complimenting divisions under them.
Their newest division Cybers is said to go online next month and already investors are
piling in because they think it will debut as a smash. The volume and direction has been
very promising over the past several months, it defies the markets trend which is a very
bullish sign.
Next is the business, their entertainment divisions seem to be doing well, but their latest
division cybars.com seems to steal the show. It is all about installing cameras in your
local nightclubs and bars and being able to view what is going on in your local bars and
nightclubs. According to the company, they can't sign these places up fast enough. By
broadcasting to and from these clubs nationwide and eventually worldwide, it opens up
infinite doors for marketing and advertising and membership revenues. There simply is
too much to discuss here, so check out www.magicinc.com for full details.
Last but not least, management is excellent, aggressive. straight forward and they have
a great share structure. The Press Releases seem to roll off timely and each one is
descriptive and detailed. It reflects in the positive stock trend over the past few months.
Check it out, or at the least watch it. My evaluation above seems to have yielded great
returns with other stocks, I think it will work here as well. Derrick
