Regarding ACCR - Are you aware that they dropped their services to the UK on their FWC website without even a word? Apparently they were having trouble with European hackers so they had no choice except to eliminate the service. I received an email from them and they implied that "if" they could fix the problem they would return the service. This concerns me because they were one of the only sites that offer calls free of charge to the UK - this was an edge over the competitors. Another problem was with how they handled the matter. They never made mention of it and the only way people found out was when they attempted to use the service. Bad management as far as I'm concerned - they should have put some kind of a notice on their web site for their customers.
