S&P, I think the market is telling us the financing deal is questionable. What I have finally decided is if they get a decent financing deal in place, it should go quickly back to $1. From there in the short term, it depends on the overall market. Long term, I like $3-5, based on some comparisons to larger security cos. I've decided to take a flyer that they will get financing.
