BOCI seems to have honest management and their latest appointment
of Arthur Wyatt to the board is just another example of their
integrity. However, there might be some question as to their
ability to recover from this industry wide problem. They are
currently trying to expand their retail presence. This is a
plus if they succeed but there is also the chance that their
inexperience at the retail level will cause them to fail. In
the past they made most of their money from their OEM relationships,
and hopefully they are keeping those markets intact. However,
I suspect that they are pushing for the retail market because
of the deteriorating margins in the OEM market.

So, there is a great deal of industry risk, but this is balanced
by honest management that is able to show a great deal of fiscal
restraint. I believe that their financial prudence will allow
them to weather this storm. The company appears to be undervalued,
and even if they don't become highly successful in their retail
ventures, I believe that they can at least make enough money
to justify a price higher than 6 1/2.
