INTC, CSCO all get downgraded Kumor said he would buy Intel at 26s, which is 20% below the current level CIBC WorldMarket said the fair value of CSCO is 25-30, which is also 20% below the current level looks like all are expecting the Nasdaq to go 20% lower, which brings us below 2000 ... in the meantime, the bald man's portfolio is still 100% in CASH ...
