I forgot to mention the other new thread where Reg. S deals are also discussed: Subject 15251. CDRD, for example is discussed in this thread.

These threads are part of a group of threads I created for short sellers. Until recently I did almost all of my posting on AOL's The Motley Fool, and I created these new threads as a place for the short-selling research talent on AOL to migrate here to SI, although certainly all short sellers are most welcome! The threads are organized according to theme, so that not all short-selling topics are lumped together in a single thread. The root thread of this group of threads is at Subject 15249
