Mike, I'm not sure if that is material or not. One would wonder if they were having a balance sheet crunch of sorts. Briefing.com has EGRP on it's list of top 10 stocks that could be take-overs candidates this year, and that may be part of the situation. ps. California going into recession according to cnbc.
