TA, You're not being "hard" on me. I do want to clarify one point though. I am negative on JDSU's stock short term. Now, why I feel that way is as follows:

1)So far 590 companies have warned regarding earnings, sales, etc. for the qtr. ended 12/31/00 per First Call.

2) There is much negativity still hanging over the stock market. Most investors are a little "gun shy" about commiting new funds into the present market and will continue to feel that way until the market sentiment changes.

3) All the communications related firms that have warned have placed the blame on softening or deferred orders, and a general slowdown in infrastructure spending.

Now let me ask you something. Why do you feel that optical deployments are increasing?
