The Chavez situation speaks to the differences between the Dems and Repubs. Chavez admitted she was wrong and withdrew her nomination under prodding from the Bush team. i think this was justified under the circumstances given Chavez admision she was not fully forthcoming to the Bush team. Now, when is the last time you saw any dem admit he/she was wrong and when was the last time you saw the Clinton Administration live up to its promises re: ethical integrity? This situation speaks well for Bush and the integrity of the incoming members of his team. JLA
