Good news:

Ultra Petroleum Corporation (TSE:UP) will replace Cabre Exploration Ltd. (TSE:CBE) in the TSE 300 Composite, TSE 300 Capped, TSE Canadian SmallCap and TSE 200 Indices.

UP has traded above $5.00 today

AMEX listing is a strong probability especially with it trading above $5.00 and being included in the TSE composites.
