If you want to peddle LU, its logical to switch folks out of CSCO because of the coming Tsunami that Lucent is prepared to handle. Right! You can legitimately recommend LU at these levels as a completely battered stock with nowhere to go but up. But to free up cash with a cisco downgrade is ludicrous and..... I will stop.
