I successfully saved the Excel file to a readable format for my Excel 95. Unfortunately, my PC could not record a macros to this file......rec'd errors like:
Can't find project on library
References: Visual Basic, MSFT Object Library, OLE, Missing Object Library and Routine error 1004, Sheets method class failed, and debug=VBA Project Module 1. Way over my head!
However do not despair, I had a chance to work on the problem at home (undisturbed) & came up with a simple solution that I can relay to my computer disabled co-worker.
And in the end, I have again learned there is so much more to learn!
I'll be back with other baffling PC problems from time to time.
