The way that IOM accounts for Zips sold is Zips sold ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE CHANNEL (this comes from a conversation I had with them). They don't count Zips sold to Zips ordered by OEMs for inclusion into future systems to be sold. It could clearly be that 500K to 700K Zips have already been ordered for inclusion into boxes. Once the boxes sell, the Zip is calculated as sold. They handle their finances in the same manner, i.e, "sell through" versus "sell in". This is why IOM carriers forward looking sales on its books of approximately $50 million which could be counted if they used "sell in."
