i've been buying ROSS down around $.25 and have accumulated over 50k. since you asked.
1. they are finalizing deal to sell their financials biz which should solve short term cash.
2. they have publicly forecast they expect to return to profit in this Q (march 2001)
3. they still have one the best process mfg. solutions out there according to TE.
4. the market cap is about 1/10 of sales.
